Team Georgia is a group of transplant recipients who celebrate their second
chance at life by preparing for and competing in the U.S. Transplant Games,
an Olympic-style event held every two years. Recipients (athletes) are
joined by donor families, living donors, friends and family as well as many
other spectators in helping to bring greater awareness to the need for more
organ donors.
Have you ever considered living donation? Living Donor Program is a new program for patients, families and other emotionally-related individuals to provide outreach and education about living donation.
